Shipping policy

When items have been shipped out and leave Sea Marie Designs, a tracking number will be emailed to you. From the point that the item(s) are shipped and a tracking number is assigned it is not Sea Marie Designs responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Because we do not have control over the USPS delivery system we will not be held accountable for undelivered packages. We advise all customers to contact their local USPS with the tracking number Sea Marie Designs provides and research the package from that point
